WARRANTY: 10-year warranty on upper heat platen; 1 year warranty on parts is included with every press purchase. It applies to the machine itself for manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover labor charges or shipping if you choose to have us perform the repairs.

This warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Examples of non-covered issues: Damage to the product resulting from negligence or unauthorized modification of the product, Damage caused by a natural disaster, theft or loss of the product, normal wear and tear, neglect or lack of proper maintenance, etc. Damage that is cosmetic and doesn't affect the functionality of the equipment.
